Tips for effective use

Do not show the output of the evaluation to anyone outside your immediate project team. If you feel your sponsor is not going to help you complete your project (in other words, because they do not have the proper organisational power), look to gain the support of another sponsor.

Becoming overambitious with your project and are unable to implement it because you were unaware that you did not have the proper support.
